Secure Payment Processing


For payment processing in our online shop, we exclusively use external, certified payment service providers.

Depending on the payment method selected, payment is processed via:

• PayWay d.o.o., Zagreb, Croatia

• PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg


The payment service providers employ recognized technical and organizational security measures, in particular encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL) and procedures to prevent unauthorized access.

The entry and processing of sensitive payment data (e.g., credit card or PayPal login details) is carried out exclusively via the systems of the respective payment providers.

We ourselves do not receive any complete payment or credit card data.

Further information on data processing can be found in the privacy policies of the respective payment service providers.

We use the following payment service provider to process payments by credit or debit card:

The following personal data is transmitted to PayWay as part of the payment processing, insofar as this is necessary for processing the payment:

• First and last name
• Invoice amount
• Payment method
• Billing and shipping address (if applicable)
• Payment and transaction data

This data is processed for the purpose of payment processing and billing.

Payment service provider PayPal

When you select PayPal as your payment method, payment processing is handled by:

PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.

When you pay with PayPal, the personal data required for the payment process will be transmitted to PayPal. This may include, in particular:

• Name

• Email address

• Invoice amount

• Payment and transaction data

PayPal may also process the data for identity and creditworthiness checks.

Data processing is carried out independently by PayPal.

HT Pay Way applies the most modern data protection standards – Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. The ISO 8583 protocol ensures that data exchange between the T-Com system and the card issuers' authorization centers takes place in a private network protected against unauthorized access by a double-layer firewall.
