General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (Section 13 of the German Civil Code, BGB) via the online shop www.inselgold.eu.
Deviating terms and conditions of the customer are not recognized unless we expressly agree to their validity in writing.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
By clicking the order button, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement.
The contract is concluded as soon as we confirm the order by email or ship the goods.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are final prices including the applicable statutory value-added tax (where applicable).
Shipping costs may apply in addition to the stated prices. These will be clearly communicated to the customer before the order is completed.

Bank transfer (prepayment)
5. Delivery
Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer.
Delivery times are indicated in the shop and begin – unless otherwise agreed – after receipt of payment.
If a product is unavailable, we will inform the customer immediately.
6. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
a) General Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day on which they receive the goods.
The cancellation policy and the model withdrawal form are available separately in the shop.
b) Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Personalized Art
There is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
This applies in particular to:
-Personalized artworks
-Individually produced works
-Custom-made items according to customer specifications
Legal basis: Art. 16 lit. c EU Consumer Rights Directive / Section 312g para. 2 no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
7. Returns
In the event of a valid withdrawal, the customer must return the goods immediately, but no later than 14 days.
The customer bears the direct costs of return shipping, unless otherwise agreed.
8. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
For consumers, the warranty period is 2 years from receipt of the goods.
Handcrafted artworks may exhibit natural variations in color, texture, or material. Such variations do not constitute a defect, provided they are customary in the trade.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation:
in cases of intent or gross negligence
in cases of injury to life, body, or health
in accordance with the provisions of the Product Liability Act
In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations and only up to the amount of foreseeable damage.
10. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
11. Data Protection
Information on the processing of personal data can be found in the privacy policy on our website.
12. Online Dispute Resolution
We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
13. Applicable Law
The laws of the Republic of Croatia shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the state in which the customer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
14. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
